Unless outlined otherwise in signed production contracts, all visual media assets, site layout designs, copy elements, and proprietary software remain the intellectual property of Truesummit Limited.
You agree not to use our online platform to send spam, attempt system exploits, or submit inaccurate corporate information via our project request systems.
Truesummit does not guarantee uninterrupted connection to our system. We are not liable for any digital system delays, server errors, or security interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these conditions will be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
